Pursuant to Tx. Tax Code Sec. 26.052, the City Council of the City of Benavides, Texas, will propose to adopt the FY 2024-2025 budget on Monday, September 30, 2024, at 6:00 PM, at the City of Benavides City Hall, located at 213 N Clark, Benavides, TX 78341.

This budget will raise more total property taxes than last year's budget by $16,525 or 8.38%, and of that amount $157.28 is tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year.
